Builders who pick up the phone
We repair roofs, renovate old houses and build what a building needs. If you have bought a place here and need someone reliable, you can write or call us in English.
What we do
Roofing
Leaks, flashing, gutters and full new roofs. Most roofs need a repair in the right place, not a new covering — we say which one it is before we start.
Renovation
Old houses, extensions, floors, windows and interiors. We are used to buildings that were not built straight and do not come apart the way the drawing says.
Why people call us back
- One number for everything. Roof, façade, doors, floors, a workshop for the parts nobody else will make. You do not need to find a new company for each job.
- We tell you what we find. If the structure under the roof needs more work than it looked from the ground, you hear it then — not on the invoice.
- We are local. Otepää to Viljandi, and further when the job is worth the drive. We are not passing through.
